Note: A feature of online education is that, unfortunately, while society is mistrustful of such a form of training, and people with such diplomas can not just get a job. Today, thanks to the VMPass project, the achievements in formal and informal education will be combined. This project is an attempt to equate distance classes with real ones, online education – to ordinary education, and the diplomas of both systems of education make equal. Thus, a full-fledged education will be available to those people who can not attend lectures for one reason or another. Currently, the European Commission is considering a version of the passport, which will be the same for those who graduated from a regular university, and for those who received education through special online services. As the vice-premier noted, the profession of the system administrator does not require a higher education in the whole world, and if you make higher secondary education better, graduates of colleges will have the opportunity to work in those specialties that previously required a diploma of higher education.
