What is Elastic Behavior and Molecular Theory

Elastic Behavior and Molecular Theory

The elastic behaviour of a material can be explained by the Kinetic Theory of Matter. Since the molecules in a solid are very close to each other, there exist strong attracting forces between them. Thus when force is removed, the attraction forces between the molecules pull them back again and the material is restored to its original shape. Different materials have different elasticity depending on the nature of the material.

Elastic Limit:

The maximum resisting force of a material is called the Elastic Limit of that material.

Note: Full-time and correspondence courses are a great success, unlike other forms of higher professional education. On the full-time form of education, basically, they arrive, having completed a complete secondary education. Admission to full-time education is limited by the number and age, as well as the student, must attend the class, which makes it difficult to combine work with the studies simultaneously. Proceeding from this, most people choose the correspondence form of training. Many people and students believe that the quality and level of training is much lower than that of full-time students. In this regard, many managers of organizations have to retrain such “specialists”. The current opinion on distance education can affect the employer’s decision. But, today there are different methods and methods that many employers use to identify the level of training candidates for work, attracting psychologists and conducting an interview. Thus, it is possible to show the level of training and knowledge when entering a job.
