Note: There are no clearly defined criteria for the effectiveness of distance learning in the scientific literature, however, after analyzing some sources, one can come to the conclusion that they can be: the informative content of the teaching content; flexibility of training; technological state of the training system; adaptivity of programs for different categories of students, for example, for people with special needs; Accessibility and profitability of training, incl. in relation to traditional education; the final quality of training specialists. The overall effectiveness score can be inferred as the sum of the estimates for the listed criteria. At the same time, a number of factors influence the final effectiveness of training: the organization of the learning process for the chosen model, the choice of means and methods, information and communication technologies, the teacher’s professionalism, and the effectiveness of learning management.
