Hair is one of the details that men often pay attention to. Their dedication cannot be ignored.
Dreaming of fabulous curls, like Rapunzel, but in reality, the hair continues to split and break? Our life hacks will help you grow hair worthy of a princess.

Switch to sulfate-free shampoos

Shampooing is one of the simplest daily routines that can severely damage your hair and prevent it from growing back. For gentle care, switch to sulfate-free shampoos – this means that your hair wash should not contain SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) and ALS (Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate).

These components clean really well, but are extremely toxic to the scalp. Problematic scalp = weak, lifeless hair. At first, sulfate-free shampoos may seem like they don’t wash your hair well because they produce very little lather.

Temperature is the enemy of long hair
First of all, this applies to drying with a hairdryer and leveling with an iron. Try to use them as little as possible, if you look like a dandelion without blow-drying, then at least dry them with cold air and leave some moisture. If styling is necessary, be sure to use a thermal protection product for your hair.

Another important point – the temperature of the water for washing should also not be hot. At the end, be sure to rinse your hair with cool water – this way the hair scales are sealed and the hair is less split.

Handle wet hair with care
While the hair is wet, it is easy to damage it. Therefore, after washing, you do not need to wring out, wind it strongly or aggressively dry your hair with a towel. The towel for the head should be soft, with a short nap.

Also, do not twist your hair into a turban. Do not brush heavily wet hair or use detangling products and combs with very sparse teeth.

Use conditioners and hair masks
The conditioner makes the hair structure smoother. Depending on the composition, it can fill the voids in the hair and smooth the scales, form a protective film on the surface of the hair. Masks do about the same thing, only more intensively, so they can be used 1-2 times a week.

Apply masks and conditioners to your hair, retreating 2-3 cm from the scalp – this way it will only get oily faster and you will have to wash your hair again. Simple natural ingredients will help you make your hair smoother or exfoliate: aloe juice, olive, apricot, linseed oil – for smoothness and hydration, honey, kefir, lemon juice – soft peeling.

Take care of your scalp
The simplest thing you can do for a healthy scalp is a daily massage. Even without special techniques, 5-10 minutes activate blood flow and microcirculation in the tissues, improve the nutrition of the bulbs. Be careful with masks for the scalp – the active ingredients can also cause allergies.

For peeling the scalp, you can use ordinary fine salt, sugar, coffee, honey – the abrasive should be quite small and soft. For nutrition – add egg white, burdock, castor oil. Moisturizing – aloe juice, glycerin.

Hair tip oil
This is a tool that will allow you to go to the hairdressers less often. Just remember that you need quite a bit of it so as not to weigh down your hair. After washing, apply a few drops of oil on the palms of your hands, rub them and stroke through the damp ends of your hair. The oil will “solder” the split ends and you won’t have to cut off everything that you have been growing for so long.

Use growth promoters
But be careful, be sure to check the products for allergies on a small area of skin. Pay attention to warming agents. From natural ingredients, mustard powder, castor oil, geranium essential oil, cinnamon, pepper extract will help you. Apply these masks only on the scalp, they help increase the flow of blood and nutrients to the scalp and follicles.
