Parents simply physically cannot afford to pay expensive contractual education. Budget places in universities are constantly being cut. And thanks to corruption, it is often the children of rich and very wise parents who fall on budget places. The bulk of young people with a small income are forced to study either on a contract basis or not to study at all.

So, let us first consider the positive aspects of higher education for a person with an average or low income.
