Note: The criterion is not the most important, but very significant. It is prestigious to study there, metropolitan universities easily recruit three to four thousand students, and they simply can not accommodate them. We have to either rent an apartment or live in a room with 8-9 neighbors. In such conditions it is difficult to fully study and rest. Far from the ideal and the hostels of some universities in different regional centers. In the ratings, the state of the shower rooms and toilets are not taken into account, and they need to be used every day.
