Note: Sessions for part-time students, like students of other forms of education, usually take place twice a year . This is usually a winter and summer session . The exact terms of the study are determined by the university and can vary in different educational institutions. But most of the correspondence students are collected for studies in January and June, at the same time, when the sessions are held for full-time students. For the university this is most convenient. After the departure of the students for the session means that they appear in the university only on the days of passing the exams and come for consultations. Accordingly, the educational audiences are released, and the teachers have time to closely engage in part-time students. The average duration of the session is 3 weeks, at the senior courses – up to four. The fact is that according to the law working correspondence students are entitled to paid educational leave for the session, while for students of the 1-2 year their duration is no more than 40 days per calendar year, for undergraduates the quota is increased to 50 days. Accordingly, universities have to fit into this framework.
