Note: The minus of correspondence education is that communication with teachers occurs only twice a year. Plus – learning without interruption from work, home, school, etc. Or when the employee’s enterprise sends to study. Having received education, such an employee becomes a valuable specialist – the theory is superimposed on practice. Distance learning is much cheaper than full-time. People at any age can study at the correspondence department, while there are age limits on the full-time basis. Today, students are forced to make a living, and this form of education allows you to do this without skipping classes, as is now very often the case with full-time students. Previously, the correspondence form of training was considered something like a second-rate education. Now the situation has changed. Previously, it was thought that enterprises send their employees who receive higher or second higher education to the correspondence form of training by profession and the student’s knowledge is immediately reinforced in practice if he works in his specialty. Today, correspondence education is an opportunity to combine work, career, education and self-development without having to divide up time on these priorities.
