Describe the Mechanism of Breathing

Breathing Mechanism

The process of breathing consists of 2 phases:

Inspiration:

In this process diaphragm contracts. The inter coastal muscles contacts raising the rib cage, which in turn expands the lungs. As a result air pressure within the lungs decreases and air from outside is pulled into the lungs.

Expiration:

In this process inter coastal muscles relax. The diaphragm relaxes and assumes the shape of dome. The volume of lungs decreases which result in an increase in the air pressure in lungs. Thus air is forced out of the lungs.

Note: Despite the undeniable benefits, a person who decided to graduate from university, nevertheless, will face certain problems and difficulties. First of all, this, of course, reduces the availability of training at the expense of high cost. You can go through public education only once, having the required number of points for admission. If you get a second education or not enough points for tuition will have to pay. Moreover, it’s not easy to get to the commercial department of a state university, the competition also lies at the basis of enrollment. For a few years, the theoretical base is being formed within the walls of the university, but practical skills and experience are also necessary for employment, which forces students to get a job. Another disadvantage of the modern educational system in Russia is its quality. The number of private universities is steadily growing, a really high level of education and a good reputation are few.
