Describe the Effects of Exercise on Breathing

Effects of Exercise on Breathing

A man breath 16 times per minute in normal circumstances. The rate of breathing is controlled by center of brain. In case of higher concentration of carbon dioxide brain send impulses to diaphragm which leads to faster breathing.

When we do hard work or exercise, we need more energy oxidized by glucose. For this purpose we need more oxygen. So harder exercise or work increase the rate of breathing process.

Note: Internships and academic mobility. Students are ideal for traveling to other countries for internships or for exchange studies, training language skills and the ability to adapt in an unfamiliar collective. This is much easier to implement during training than during work: many countries offer grants and scholarships for students with good academic performance, you only need to track them in time. You can stay a short time intern or go to study for a full semester or even a year, gaining important experience and a good opportunity to improve your resume. Belonging to the community of graduates. Having graduated from an educational institution with a high quality of education, the student falls into the current, sometimes closed environment of graduates. At the interview, the diploma of the coveted faculty will provide not only an advantage in comparison with other candidates (and sometimes the post seek to be given only to “one’s own”), but also immediately places an employer who finished the same department a dozen years ago. In some universities there are databases of diploma students, available for businesses and companies.
