Tendons and ligaments:

 

Tendons:-

 

  1. i) Tendons are straps of connective tissues which help in attachment of muscles.

 

  1. ii) Many muscles that extents are present in lower leg. These muscles travel over front ankle and the upper surface of foot bones.

 

Ligaments:

 

  1. i) Ligaments are strong flexible bands of connective tissues which hold the relevant bones of the joints together.

 

  1. ii) The ligaments prevent dislocation.

 

iii) The ligaments hold tendons in place.

 

Note: The duration of the installation session is usually one to two weeks. When and how sessions are held for part-time students. The session at the correspondence students is very intensive. It includes: lectures and consultations on subjects studied during the last semester; passing exams and tests; installation classes in the subjects to be delivered in the next session. The schedule is usually very dense. Surrender, for example, three exams per week – not uncommon, with no free days for self-preparation in the schedule is not provided, and classes can be put on the weekend too.
