Note: The composition of the intellectual layer was as follows: 50-60 percent of it was from the same educated environment. Most of them belonged to a hereditary or personal nobility. Today, the worst Western approaches to education are combined with the worst Soviet approaches. The thoughtless inflating of the sphere of higher education leads to its profanation and degradation. We have a number of good universities, but you can get education, but you can not give. For someone who is not able or does not want to get a full-fledged education, it is impossible to give it. When the bar of the level of requirements is reduced to “learning material”, those who wish receive diplomas without getting a real education.
