Note: When higher education began to be put on a commercial basis, already surplus teachers began to produce surplus students with enthusiasm, supported by financial interest. Soon, the number of school leavers will be less than the number of places in universities. I taught at many universities, my impressions are deplorable. If you correlate the acquired knowledge with the normative volume, then 90 percent of current students should simply be expelled. The rating system is ludicrous. 75 percent of excellent diplomas do not happen! In fact, there should be no more than 20 percent. Otherwise, “distinctness” loses its meaning. And at us the system practically three-point, something not so – the four, absolutely does not suit anywhere – a three, but it is rare. Only a certain percentage of the whole population can always enter the intellectual stratum of society? To separate goats from lambs, having formed a layer of really knowledgeable people, an objective evaluation is needed. I am absolutely convinced that it should not be given by those who teach. There should be an independent practice of state evaluation.
