In order to use your free time sensibly, you should look for another area of responsibility. How about one or more (voluntary) jobs?
The more non-professional obligations you have, the more you will be perceived by those around you and the greater your reputation will be.
7. Become a master in multitasking!
Because not everyone masters multitasking. So try to do as many tasks as possible “at the same time” - this is purely a matter of practice. Even if it is not particularly easy for you at first, regular practice will make you a master!
The more tasks you can do in parallel, the more you can do in a given time!
Logical again, right? 8. Postpone as much as possible!
You should definitely get used to postponing (unpleasant) tasks. Why? You have probably already had the experience that postponed tasks sometimes take care of themselves: an unpleasant call, an elaborate report - due to changing circumstances, they are suddenly no longer necessary. And what do we conclude from this?
The more tasks you postpone, the greater the likelihood that several will be completed by others or that it will no longer be necessary to do so anyway.
9. Notes promote poor memory!
Therefore, if possible, do not make any notes, under no circumstances record tasks and dates in writing. Why do we have a head and a memory that wants to be trained. You will be amazed at how quickly your memory improves. Others will envy your memory.
