If you have the opportunity, simulate and train the exam situation. For example, an exam where you have to sit in front of an examination board. You step into a room where family members have placed themselves as a commission and you are asked. For many, playing through the exam situation is very helpful.
Keep your mouth shut!
Think positive! Even if that sounds trite. Negative thoughts stir up the fear of exams . Anyone who imagines all negative scenarios from the start does not do much to prevent them.
When the little babbler appears in your head and tries to create a negative mood, you shout (in your mind) loudly: “Shut up!” This conscious pausing enables a “reversal of thought” - from deconstructive to constructive, from negative to positive ,
You really get to know each other during your studies. By trying and experimenting you will find out what is important to you in life.
