Punjab College Blue Area is strategically located at Shan Plaza, Shaan Plaza, AKM Fazl-ul-Haq Rd, Block D G 6/2 Blue Area, Islamabad, 44000, Pakistan. This address places the institution right in the heart of Islamabad’s prominent business and commercial district, the Blue Area. This central location offers both advantages and unique considerations for students.
For residents across Islamabad, particularly those in sectors like G-6, F-6, F-7, and G-7, the college is highly accessible. The Blue Area is well-connected through Islamabad's organized road network, making it relatively straightforward to reach by various means of transport. Public transport options, including local buses and ride-hailing services, frequently operate in and around the Blue Area, providing convenient commuting choices for students from different parts of the city. This ease of access can significantly reduce daily travel time and costs, which is a major benefit for students and their families.
However, it is also important to note that being in a bustling commercial hub means the surrounding environment is vibrant and active. While this offers access to numerous amenities like eateries, shops, and other services, it also means the area can be congested, especially during peak business hours. Students commuting to and from the college should account for potential traffic in this busy district. Despite the urban setting, the central location ensures that the college remains a viable option for a large number of students within Islamabad Capital Territory.
The postal code, 44000, further aids in pinpointing the exact location for postal correspondence and navigation. The prominence of Shan Plaza also makes it a recognizable landmark, simplifying directions for new students and visitors. Its presence in the central Blue Area means that students across various sectors of Islamabad can access quality academic programs without the need for extensive daily commutes, which is a significant advantage in our busy city. This accessibility allows students to maintain their connections with family and community, offering a familiar and supportive environment during their crucial pre-university years.

By providing rigorous preparation for board examinations and university entrance tests, Punjab College Blue Area offers a clear pathway for local students to achieve their academic aspirations. It is a known entity within Pakistan's educational landscape, and its established presence can provide a sense of reliability for parents and students.
However, prospective students should also consider the feedback from some members of the community, which suggests that the campus environment, being in a commercial plaza, might lead to a more congested setting compared to purpose-built campuses. Concerns regarding classroom size, the general atmosphere for studying, and the canteen's hygiene have been raised. Some reviews also indicate that while the college may offer scholarships, the terms and conditions might require high academic performance to maintain them. Additionally, the social environment, including the use of mobile phones during lectures, is a point of consideration for those prioritizing a highly disciplined academic setting. It is always advisable for prospective students and their parents to visit the campus, speak with current students and faculty, and thoroughly inquire about all aspects of college life, including academic support, facilities, and campus culture, to ensure it aligns with their expectations and learning preferences.
Ultimately, Punjab College Blue Area remains a viable option for many local students in Islamabad seeking to complete their intermediate education. Its strategic location and established programs make it a convenient choice. While considering its advantages, it is prudent to also acknowledge and investigate the areas where some community members have expressed concerns, ensuring a well-rounded understanding before making a final decision. For those who prioritize accessibility within the capital and a structured curriculum aimed at board exam success, Punjab College Blue Area stands as a practical consideration in their educational journey.

This place is not suitable for running a college in an area which is a business hub. Moreover, the classes are small and the students find it a very congested place.

The college is a absolute mess, the teachers dont even understand what they are teaching. The teachers will scream at the class even at the first day and title it as "i have more than 20 years of teaching experience", some teachers are cooperative but most of them will just treat you as your nothing. The college gives admission to literally anyone like they gave admissions to students having 600 marks in pre-medical in the name of giving an interview to the principle in which he just insults the students. In short they just want your money in the name of scholarships...they remove your scholarship below 90% and thats all they're good at! Students are allowed to bring their phone and they keep using them and make videos during lectures and break time.. the food provided in the canteen is really unhygienic and students sometimes get food poisoning because of it. I would recommend to not take admission in this college despite of anyone saying "acha college hai bache pe check rakhte hain"

It is a very good college. Study is good and the teachers are very hard working particularly the Physics Department. Most of thr faculty have more than 10 years of teaching experience. Thr only problem os with canteen amd the subways within the college as it is in a small plaza. There is less room for students to passby within the small passages of the college. Overall, study is good, but it is located in red zone, so is often closed when there is any procession nearby.

Worst College in Islamabad believe me.No Quality education provided and their tests also sucks like they are very basic just like primary level so no benefit of giving them better to go for academy for best self-test and preparation.Teachers are worst now all the good teachers have left the college with a very few good teachers left to be given to lucky students.Even merit sections teachers are average now and they waste the time of students as they don't explain the topic clearly and some teachers dont even have a grip on there subjects which becomes difficult for the student to understand and enchance their learning. Also the college us on Saturdays 6 days of studying and only 1 day off.Very tough routine there should be gap between study and other activitiees and for proper self study 2 days should be off So the students can make there learning smart.A very straight forward suggestion to all of my brothers & sisters as a good hardworking please don't take admission in this college if u want to study good and have a balance and good preparation otherwise you will regret it.So do take wise decision and my opinion is take admission in gov college and join an academy in evening you will see the results.
