As a private higher education institution in the health sciences field, Margalla Institute of Health Sciences (MIHS) typically doesn't offer "promotions" in the commercial sense. However, it may provide certain benefits or financial considerations that are common within the university sector. These are usually aimed at attracting deserving students and easing the financial burden. Based on general practices and publicly available information, here are typical "offers" students might inquire about:
- Need-Based Scholarships: While the official website states "No financial assistance is available at the moment" for general scholarships, specific news updates have mentioned "NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE" for programs like Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). This suggests that specific scholarship opportunities might be announced with admission cycles for particular programs. Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who meet academic criteria should inquire directly during admission periods.
- Merit-Based Admissions: Admission to health sciences programs like BDS, Pharm.D, and DPT is highly competitive and primarily based on academic merit (F.Sc pre-medical percentage and MDCAT scores). While not a discount, gaining admission on merit is a significant "offer" in itself, indicating recognition of a student's academic excellence.
- Affordable Fee Structure (Relative to Quality): MIHS aims to provide quality education at an affordable cost to deserving students. While fees for health sciences programs are generally high across Pakistan, MIHS strives to offer competitive rates compared to other private institutions providing similar accredited programs.
- Integrated Clinical Exposure: The direct access to its own Margalla Dental Hospital and a general teaching hospital for hands-on clinical training is a significant value proposition. This practical experience is crucial for health science graduates and might be considered a valuable "package" included in the overall educational experience.
- Hostel and Transport Facilities: Providing separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, along with transport services from Rawalpindi/Islamabad, can be seen as an additional benefit, reducing logistical concerns and living costs for out-of-city students.

Very bad experience. They treat their patient just as a case study. They use cheap equipment and medicines. They don't care even patient is suffering from pain. Too much lengthy process of braces they told to cover in 2 years but not completed in 5 years. Pathetic building and environment. I won't suggest anyone to come for braces.

Margalla college of dentistry ( in 20 lac per year you get these things in this dental college) Think carefully before taking admission and spending 20 lac per year in this college 1 :The building of institute is 3rd class very very small , its a small plaza, If you are thinking it is a university then you are wrong because its even smaller than school that people don’t even know about it and asks you where is margalla college while standing infront of it,which is very embarrassing 2: no proper lecture halls small class rooms with wodden chairs like in goverenment schools , 3: in class rooms there are no proper air conditioners, not even fans . 4:No auditoriums, 5:there are no grounds or any open area , 6: no air conditioning in library 7: no air conditioners in hospital area You have to suffer in scorching heat of summers after paying 20 lac per year 8:Rules of college ‘ you can not leave the college building before 3 pm once you enter in it , if you want short leave they call your parents for permission like you are studying in kindergarten or preschool. Fine on uniform and late coming Administration is very bad , you have to pay money to get your documents signed by the principal 9:You cannot bring any outside food inside college or cannot order something from outside , because of their 3rd class canteen you have to eat from canteen , which has very limited and very expensive options , and not something good to eat. 10:the affiliating university which is UHS(university of health sciences lahore ) is very bad in making policies and exams and good in mental torture, very high failure ratio because of very very tough and out of syllabus papers , about which you cannot do anything. Overnight new policies like attendence and passing criteria etc 11: margalla dental hospital Very old hospital with no new equipments or technology , they are practising same dentistry as someone who was in 1990s . Because they don’t want to spend money on something new , Old film xrays , no digital xrays No facility of cbct or 3d scanning. In prosthodontic lab only inlab production of pfm Crows , no zirconia. There is not elevators for elderly patients They are saying we are oldest in Rawalpindi ask then we know you are the oldest but is there any improvement in last 28 years its still same small old plaza with same old equipment nothing new They mention something about new building which was in progress since 2010 hope so will complete in 2080. only running business in name of college because from last 28 years no improvement in the infrastructure

MIHS has good teachers . Teachers are good here. Their teaching method is good .but facilities are less here . In many classes there are not enough fans and AC in summer . And they should provide student facilities . So they can get education more effectively. Overall teachers are very good there .
