Note: Local students are much more reliant on money. They can easily spend the last hundred on bowling or manicure, and go to bed without a penny to his heart. Non-resident students are much more serious about money, and the golden rule of the nest is a habit to them by the end of the first year. Local students are afraid of the session. Non-residents are also afraid, but they approach this issue with a much greater scope. The feeling of a friendly shoulder is much more developed in them, it is easier to run a system of hints and handing out cheat sheets during the exam at extreme moments. Local people also try to test this system, but they are more often caught. Local students willingly make novels with out-of-town students, but not many people hurry to finish this romance. Non-residents are no less willing to start a romance with local students, but if a non-resident student really sets himself the task of compulsory appearance in a registry office with an object of his hobby, he only has to surrender. The grip of nonresident people in this case, as a rule, is iron.
