What is Raw Data?

Raw data (sometimes called source data, atomic data or primary data) is data that has not been processed for use. A distinction is sometimes made between data and information to the effect that information is the end product of data processing.

The beginning of 2020 showed how important it is for business companies to repurpose their ideology from offline to online. Many companies managed to adapt their services to the conditions of the epidemiological reality, and many businessmen needed to change their priorities. Even despite the economic difficulties that the pandemic presented to us, this has become rather a positive motive for the digital economy.

The isolation regime offered the services for ordering food at a significant discount, watching films for little money, “visiting” theaters such as the Bolshoi and the Mariinsky.

Of course, home delivery has become an important digital service. According to SberMarket statistics, the sale of cereals, pasta, pickles and canned food soared by 80%. Also among the popular orders were books, board games, and creative sets.

The crisis that the world is facing will undoubtedly affect the global economy, namely, it will become a driver in the emergence of new creative ideas and trade solutions. The epidemic has shown that the thinking model of humanity will change towards digitalization.”
